Heat butter on medium to medium-low heat on a griddle or pan. You want the butter to sizzle but not burn.
Starting with the wet ingredients first, add all to blender. Turn on low and slowly to high until well combined. Consistency should be slightly thick.
Cook pancakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side until you see the edges cooking or bubbles starting to form on top and flip for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve with melted butter and maple syrup.
